Review of 2140 Abduction by T. J. Quinn

 2140 Abduction by T. J. Quinn is typical of alien abduction romances in many ways with the trope square on the cover, but they are my guilty pleasure.  I like most of the varieties of alien romances and have done a number of ARC reviews. T.J Quinn's first venture into the genre has all the expected elements with a few interesting twists. This prequel is a promise of things to come

 I received an ARC of this story and voluntarily give this review. I’m giving 2140 Abduction 4 stars for the story, the writing needs a little work but I really liked the story so far because it ends just as the romance begins. For an author writing in English as a second language Quinn has done very well. There were few actual typos but there are places where the language gap is evident, though they were only a little distracting. Once I realized the language gap and continued reading the story with that in mind, I enjoyed the story and the characters. It’s a quick light read, but this installment ends just as things are getting good. I am looking forward to future installments. This is a prequel after all.
